The returned item must be undamaged and unused, without any human-caused stains, malfunctions, and with all tags and original packaging intact. Otherwise, we cannot accept the return.
Returns
We offer a 7-day shopping guarantee, which means you have 7 days after receiving the item to request a return. After the 7-day shopping guarantee period, we will not be able to process your refund or exchange.
The following cases cannot be accepted for return:
Items past the 7-day product inspection period.
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear and tear, scratches, or dirt.
Items with incomplete or damaged packaging, missing invoices or accessories.
Malicious or excessive returns.
The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags intact, including all items in the original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase, such as your name, order number, contact number, item name, reason for return, and photos. We will assist you with the return process once we receive this information.
If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions by email, including how to return the item and the designated store address. Unauthorized returns sent back will not be accepted.
Quality Issues
Please inspect the purchased item upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or different from your order, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as intimate contact products based on hygiene principles (terms as follows). If you have any questions about your specific item, please contact us. Please note that we do not accept returns for clearance items at 50% off.
Refunds
We will inform you whether your return/refund is accepted after receiving the returned item or inspecting it at the return location.
If your return/refund is accepted, the order amount will be refunded to you in the manner you prefer. Please note that credit card refunds will be processed by your bank or credit card company.
